We will pay you $5 for every 5mins we are late from our agreed time up to a value of $50.
If we ever hit the $50 limit you will also receive a $25 NCP discount voucher to use on your next plumbing job.
If any unforeseen delays occur, we will give you a courtesy call and agree on our new arrival time.
This will always be at least 15 - 30 mins prior to our agreed time.
One thing we will absolutely guarantee is that we won't leave you waiting and wondering where your plumber is.
If we know our delay will be more than an hour we will not leave this to the last minute to advise you - we respect your time.
